SCOPE

This privacy policy informs users about the kind, the extent and about purposes of the collection and usage of personal data by the responsible provider LEUE & NILL GmbH + Co. KG on this website.


AnonymOUS DATA RETRIEVAL

In principle you can visit our website whithout informing us about who you are. You as an indiviual user will stay anonymous.
The provider of the website automatically collects and stores pieces of information in so-called server log files, which your web browser trasnsmits to us. These pieces of information are:

• type of browser/ version
• the OS the browser is running on
• referrer URL
• hostname of the computer accessing our site
• date and time of the request

This data cannot be linked any individual person without involving your provider. We do not aggregate this data with any other data source.

We reserve the right to check the data at some point in time in the future in case we gain knowledge about any concrete clues to unlawful use.

Neither do we set any cookies nor do we use any tools to analyse the visits to our website.

 

CONTACT FORM

In case you contact us by using our digital services (notice of claim, inquiry, contact form) and expose any personal data, this data will only be used in context with your notification or inquiry and will be stored temporarily for follow-up questions. We do not share your data with any unauthorized third party.


Legal basis for data processing
The processing of your personal data is legally based on the EU General Data Protection Regulaation (GDPR), especially on art. 6, par. 1b, on the German Telemedia Law (TMG) and the German Insurance Contract Act (VVG), as well as - if necessary - based on your consent.
All employees have been bound to confidentiality and to compliance with data protection requirements.


EMail

We would like to point out that data transfers over the internet (e.g. when communicating via email) may contain vulnerabilities. There cannot be a gapless protection of the data from access through third parties.

If you would like to send us an email containing confidential pieces of information you should employ encryption to reduce the risk of leakage or modification during data transfer.
